PLUCKED FRESH SALSA RECIPE
Plucked Salsa Chicken Chili

INGREDIENTS
1 12oz. Can Black Beans
1 12oz. Can Corn Undrained
1 Onion, Chopped
1 16oz. Plucked Fresh Salsa / Purely, Mildy, or Sinfully Hot
1 Package Ranch Dressing Mix
1Tsp. Cumin
1 Tbsp. Chili Powder
1 Tsp. Onion Powder
1 Package Light Cream Cheese
2 Boneless Chicken Breasts
COOKING INSTRUCTIONS
In a crockpot, place the two chicken breasts. Dump in all the other ingredients and stir together. Place block of cream cheese on top. Cook on high for 2 hours or low for 4 hours. Take out chicken and shred. Stir back into crock pot. Voila! It’s Pluckin’ delicious!
